Meet Robert St. John’s Fried Chicken!

The secret is in the three-day prep!

It’s marinated on day one.

Brined in sweet tea on day two.

And on day three, we fry up a small batch.

Then we serve half a chicken with house-seasoned greens, cornbread, & mashed potatoes and gravy.
